The Nuveen Center is the educational branch of the Arts Council of White
Lake.  We feature
Adult andYouth Classes, Workshops, Special
Exhibitions, and Performances under the instruction of accomplished
artists, writers, dancer
s, musicians, and actors.  
Scholarships: for youth available through a generous donation by an
anonymous donor. If a scholarship makes it possible for your child to take an
art class, please contact the Nuveen at 894-ARTS (2787) for an application.

Hall Rental: Rent us! Meetings, showers, birthdays or family parties, our center
is perfect for all kinds of gatherings, and is affordable!

We’re always on the lookout for new instructors with creative ideas for classes that
make art accessible and fun for learners of all ages. If you or someone you know has

   Scholarship Opportunity for High School Juniors and Seniors
Submit your artwork and a completed application for two scholarship competitions
in one! High school juniors and seniors living in the Whitehall or Montague school
districts are eligible for $2250 in scholarships from the Montague Foods Arts
Scholarship and the Amber Rose Brown Memorial Scholarship.
